
Celebrating the life of Hazel Rushton
Family, friends, and anyone who knew Hazel are welcome to come and say goodbye and help celebrate her life with us.
Hazel sadly died peacefully on Tuesday 16th September 2025, aged 87 years.
Hazel, previously the Mayoress of Padiham, the first person to be presented with a Pride in Padiham Community Service Award, will be greatly missed by family, friends and the community.
Service
A funeral service will take place 12:20pm on Tuesday 30th September at Accrington Crematorium.
Donations in memory of Hazel if desired will be greatly accepted on behalf of Padiham Community Fund.
