Celebrating the life of Hazel Rushton

Family, friends, and anyone who knew Hazel are welcome to come and say goodbye and help celebrate her life with us.

Hazel sadly died peacefully on Tuesday 16^th September 2025, aged 87 years.

Hazel, previously the Mayoress of Padiham, the first person to be presented with a Pride in Padiham Community Service Award, will be greatly missed by family, friends and the community.

Service

A funeral service will take place 12:20pm on Tuesday 30^th September at Accrington Crematorium.

Donations in memory of Hazel if desired will be greatly accepted on behalf of Padiham Community Fund.

Celebrating the life of Margaret Brick

Margaret sadly passed away on Monday 1^st September 2025, aged 74 years at home with her devoted husband George by her side.

Service

A funeral service will take place 12:15pm on Wednesday 24^th September at Burnley Crematorium.

Family flowers only, but donations if desired will be greatly accepted on behalf of Pendleside Hospice.
